About Workit Health
Workit Health provides virtual addiction treatment and medication assisted therapy in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Medical appointments and group therapy are provided directly through the Workit Health app.
This is discrete and confidential addiction care you can obtain using your insurance provider from the comfort of your own home. Workit Health treats alcohol and opioid addictions and has separate programs for each substance.
Ninety Day Treatment Plan for Alcohol Use Disorder
The Workit 90 Day Plan includes a combination of medication, clinical care, support, and community. Month one concentrates on the key elements of your recovery journey including building a support network and understanding motivation. This is to stabilize you and help you begin to manage any co-occurring mental health disorders.
Month two is when you add tools to your recovery toolbox while developing new coping skills. You’ll switch from weekly clinician appointments to biweekly appointments and attend peer support groups. Month three is called Thrive, where you receive monthly group check-ins and optional medication management. You’ll continue to stay connected through in-app chats and forums.
Receive Opioid Treatment From Your Home
Workit Health takes out the waiting period and the intake process. You’ll meet one-on-one with your clinician and if medication is needed it will be sent to your pharmacy for pick up. While you receive medication management, you can attend recovery groups through the app and complete skills-based therapeutic courses.
Dual diagnosis treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and hepatitis C is a part of treatment with Workit Health. Medical providers can also prescribe a medical called PrEP for HIV prevention.
