About WhiteSands Treatment Plant City
WhiteSands Treatment is located in Plant City, Florida, and provides residential and outpatient programs for individuals who are experiencing mental health or substance use disorders. Some of the programs include detoxification services, outpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and cognitive behavioral therapy. Residential and Outpatient Treatment Options
As a patient in their residential program you will be provided a structured schedule with therapy sessions, group discussions and educational workshops. All treatment plans are personalized for each individual and will include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed care and family therapy sessions.
These therapy sessions are also included in their outpatient services. However, you don’t need to stay on site and can return to your daily responsibilities.
WhiteSands also integrates the 12 Step program by including Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous sessions in your treatment plan. These support groups help promote long-term sobriety.
