About Connections Wellness Group.
Connections Wellness Group, formerly known as Vertava Health Memphis, has locations throughout Tennessee, with two offices in Memphis. This organization provides comprehensive counseling support to adults, teens, and members of the LGBTQ community who are living with a mental health struggle or have a substance use disorder. When you’re working with the team here, you’ll undergo a thorough initial assessment to determine your struggle and the best treatments to help you navigate through recovery. You’ll be supported through the partial hospitalization program or the intensive outpatient program. You will also have access to medication management treatment among other supports.
