Stout Street Foundation Serenity offers a Serenity program which is a 28-day residential program for substance use disorder and any dual diagnosis mental health challenges. This option is a highly personalized program meaning you will receive five robust one-on-one counseling sessions per week in addition to daily group-based therapy sessions. You will also have the option to attend two 12 Step meetings per week.
As you near the completion of your program, your care providers will assist you in developing your aftercare treatment plan. This will include your personal goals and any professional referrals as needed.
Long Term Treatment in Colorado
Stout Street Foundation Serenity has a residential program to empower you with a longer-term focus on recovery. This two to three year program focuses on teaching you responsibility and job skills. Another perk to this that I find beneficial is that your shelter is included at zero cost.
Your first 30 days will consist of orientation and monitored detoxification services. During your next phase, you will work with staff to address past traumas and any emotional components that have been hindering you. They will also help you find a job and succeed at work. In your aftercare, you will move to a specialized Denver home to support your sobriety.
