About San Manuel Indian Health Clinic
The San Manuel Indian Health Clinic provides substance use disorder and dual-diagnosis mental health treatment. They offer outpatient (OP) services and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for Native American Indians, Alaska Natives, and their spouses. There are also referrals for residential substance use disorder recovery programs. All treatments are evidence-based, culturally aligned, and trauma-informed. The clinic is a nonprofit organization, managed and controlled tribally. You’ll find ‘em out in Grand Terrace, California.
