About Jackson House Addiction Treatment and Recovery Center
Jackson House Addiction Treatment & Recovery Center is located in suburban San Diego, California. They offer residential treatment to the community to fight mental health and substance abuse disorders.
A History of Care
Originally built in 1936, their center was completely remodeled in 2019 and now features six private rooms and 12 semi private rooms. The facility doesn’t accept Medicaid or Medicare but they take most private insurance plans and self-pay options.
After completing your initial assessment you will be placed in residential treatment with 24/7 care in a homelike environment with full amenities. This gives patients a sense of freedom and responsibility with a group of their peers and they can add support for your journey. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a transitional part of the treatment and allows patients to return to their own homes at night while attending counseling and therapy sessions during the day.
Amenities Inside and Out
Jackson House truly is a beautiful place to start your recovery. Patients have access to a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and shared TVs. Balboa Park, downtown San Francisco, and SeaPort Village are just short walks away and help patients recharge and be part of their community.
