About Red Rock Recovery Center
Red Rock Recovery Center is located in Lakewood, Colorado. It offers a range of outpatient addiction therapy services that can help you as an individual in your recovery journey and the process of your healing. They are intended to address physical and psychological aspects of substance misuse conditions.
They do have an inpatient program, but it's in the form of their Base Camp inpatient program. This program helps you detox in a beautiful, serene setting while being supervised 24/7 by their professional staff. It also has cool amenities like hiking trails and full gyms.
Treatment with Practical Skills Too
Their outpatient programs also offer individual counseling, group counseling and family therapy along with life skills training and even a resume-building workshop to help get you prepared for the workforce. Some of their other levels of care include a partial hospitalization program, a mental health intensive outpatient program, medication-assisted treatment, and dual diagnosis treatment for those with co-occurring mental health disorders.
Amenities and Holistic Therapies
They have a structured sober living program here that can teach you the ways of living a life of sobriety, and an outdoor program that utilizes holistic therapies to heal you. This was my favorite thing that they offered because it genuinely sounds like a fun time. They offer hiking, backpacking, camping, snow tubing, snowshoeing, and even open mic nights so you can show off your talents.
They're also big on mindfulness and yoga, and they offer various yoga styles to choose from. Their program also utilizes 12 step principles and they have gender-specific rehab centers for men and women.
