About Sanare Today
Formerly known as Pace Wilmington, Sanare Today offers outpatient addiction treatment and mental health support. You’ll choose from intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), or DUI services. Specialized programs that they offer include mental health only, addiction only, or trauma informed. You’re able to come into the facility and receive an evaluation during business hours on weekdays. Some services aren’t available on Wednesdays.
IOP Programming Offered Virtually or In-Person
Intensive outpatient programming for adults is offered virtually and in-person, accommodating your work and family schedule. You’ll work with a therapist who’ll help you identify triggers, navigate emotional distress, and establish a positive support system. While in group, you can expect to participate in experiential therapy, skill building, and process exercises.
A Unique Women’s Only IOP
In Sanare’s women’s IOP, participants may be struggling with a range of issues, including chronic pain, trauma, and substance abuse. This is an intimate group setting with no more than eight women at a time. This women’s group meets for days per week for around two hours per day. This gender-specific setting offers a unique environment to cover issues you may not feel comfortable sharing in a co-ed group.
