About Cornerstone Fresh Meadows
Serving the community of Fresh Meadows, New York, for over 40 years, Cornerstone is an inpatient addiction treatment center for adults. Here, you’ll find an inpatient treatment program and a detox program. While enrolled in treatment, you’ll learn tools for a happy, healthy and drug-free life. Through evidence based therapy approaches, wellness recreation and medication assisted treatment (MAT) you’ll have the opportunity to heal.
A Signature Program with 24-hour Care
Cornerstone’s signature rehab program includes medically assisted detox services to start. These 24 hour units operate seven days per week, providing comprehensive evaluation, medical care, nursing and clinical services. Treatment is individualized and focuses on dignity and self-esteem. You’ll receive a discharge plan that includes follow up care and tools to stay abstinent once treatment ends.
Integrated Addiction Treatment
While in detox and then inpatient care, you can expect to engage in group and individual therapy. There will be educational seminars, lectures and 12 Step meetings. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in physical activities and try other recovery support groups. Cornerstone even offers a unique nutritional program to inform your eating habits.
