Outpatient Treatment in the Blue Ridge Mountains
Asheville Recovery Center offers different treatment programs for each individual's recovery journey. Their partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP) and outpatient services provide flexibility for treatment and make it easier on the client and their daily lives. Their medication assisted treatment (MAT) program provides medications that help manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
Their 12 Step facilitation provides the basic principles of 12 Step recovery and combines them with holistic therapies like yoga, meditation and nutritional counseling. Patients are also encouraged to include their loved ones in family therapy sessions which help their family members understand addiction and how to provide support.
Sober Living for Women in North Carolina
One of the unique features at Asheville Recovery Center is their all-female sober living facility called The Nest. This program provides a safe environment, private rooms, onsite gym and chef-prepared meals so women can focus on their recovery. The facility can hold 11 women at a time. The program promotes emotional healing and physical activities by combining therapy sessions and activities like hiking, yoga and nature walks with views of Blue Ridge Mountains.
